You must immediately change your password in the event that you suspect it has been compromised. We do not have access to your password and will never ask you to tell us your password. If anyone posing as Croftsware Ltd or SheepCRM asks for your password refuse and notify security@sheepcrm.com immediately.

When using the web site and its services you may come into contact with other users of the web site. You are required to remain courteous to all other users and not engage in any activity that could be considered threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, indecent or discriminatory, or is likely to cause offence to another user of the web site.

We reserve the right to reject or revoke any user’s access to the web site immediately, if at our sole discretion we feel that doing so will protect our interests and the interests of our community of users or if we have reasonable grounds to believe you are not fulfilling your obligations under the Terms and Conditions laid out here.
